Photos must be sent via email or direct message as instructed by our customer support team. Claims submitted without photo proof will not be accepted.

All returns and exchanges require approval before being sent back.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide next steps.

Used or worn items
Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
Sale or discounted items
are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds & Replacements
Once approved:

Shipping fees are non-refundable
